AOS, which has its headquarters in Paris, France, will be rebranded as Colliers International with immediate effect in Switzerland, Netherlands, UK, Morocco, Spain, Belgium and France. The founder and CEO of AOS Group, Gilles Betthaeuser, will continue to head the group.
This acquisition offers Colliers a new operations base in Belgium and France and complements its operations in its other markets. It offers Colliers clients an enhanced service in workplace consulting, project management and tenant representation. AOS presently generates around US$100m in revenue on an annual basis.
The terms of the transaction has not been disclosed.
AOS was found during 1997 and employs in excess of 450 professionals in the real estate industry, along with financial analysts, project managers, designers, architects and engineers who are specialists in creating value for their clients by optimizing their requirements for real estate in alignment with their business strategy. The professionals employed by AOS offer its clients the best real estate for their requirements, while transforming their workplace into an area which improves employ retention, collaboration, recruiting and productivity.
Colliers International feels that the future diversification and growth of their existing operations will result in improved success for their clients.
