The developer of Cypress Waters on LBJ Freeway has announced the first tenant signings for the center.

Completion of the center has just taken place and it is expected that the first tenants of the 15000ft² mall will open for business during the summer. The tenants who have signed lease agreements include Lazy Panda restaurant, Gipsy Lime Taco Lounge and Massage Felax.
The signing of these leases has filled 50% of the available space, which forms part of the first phase of retail space.
The plans are for four million square feet of shopping, office and residential space. Office tenants who have already committed to space include the Cheddar’s restaurant chain, Nationstar Mortgage and 7-Eleven.
