Belgium-based luxury brand Essentiel Antwerp has opened its first flagship store in the United States.The outlet is located in the Soho district in the heart of New York. The store’s interior was designed with the participation of co-founder and CEO Esfan Eghtessadi. The interior features a custom-designed counter, pink carpets and unique furnishings that reflect the brand’s identity.
“The opening of the store promises to be a landmark event for Essentiel Antwerp, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to providing customers with a unique, personalized shopping experience that encapsulates its distinctive aesthetic,” the brand said in a news statement.
The new store is part of Essentiel Antwerp’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the U.S. market. The brand is also represented in retailers Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Revolve and Anthropologie.
For Essentiel Antwerp, opening a flagship in New York is also an important part of the brand’s global network.As of the third quarter of 2023, it has 36 stores, including 16 in Belgium and the rest in Germany, France, the UK, South Korea and the Netherlands.
