Another upscale shopping mall will open in Dubai. Expo City Mall project is implemented on the territory of Emaar South Port. The official opening of the mall is scheduled for 2024.

On October 1, 2022, the Expo 2020 Dubai international exhibition opened at Expo City Dubai. In its first six months of operation, the forum welcomed about 24 million visitors. Over the next few years, the exhibition will support approximately 35 thousand jobs. The country’s revenue from the Expo is estimated at $42 billion.
Last year, Expo City Dubai also launched the first phase of Expo Valley and Expo Central – prices for properties within the complex start at Dhs 1.2 million, equivalent to $327,000.
It is known that on the territory of the Expo, alternative means of transport, including scooters and bicycles, will be used instead of cars for environmental safety purposes. In addition, the Expo will operate in a mode of refusal of single-use plastic. Admission to Expo City Dubai will remain free.
Emaar South Port is a new project by Emaar Properties, one of the largest developers in Dubai. The mixed-use project will combine housing, restaurants, stores and office space. It will consist of two towers, each with 44 floors. The first 15 floors of each tower will occupy offices and stores, while the remaining floors will be apartments.
