The Plauen Park opened in 1994. In the recent years, a decrease in the level of attraction became apparent. In order to rise the value of the property, a new  comprehensive rental concept was developed in 2010.

Specialist superstores, specialist smaller retailers, restaurants and cafés can all be found under one roof within an attractive architectural layout. A bank, travel agents and many other services also can be found beneath the Plauen Park roof.  Over 1,800 free parking spaces, petrol station and an automatic car wash are settled arround the mall.
The Plauen Park shopping center is situated in a good location with great transport connections, right in front of the Plauen site entrance.

BY TRAM
Tram nuber 1, 6 - stop MAN ROLAND (from here there is 10 minutes walk to the shopping center Plauen Park)
