ECE Bulgaria opens Mega Mall in Sofia

The opening of a new shopping center, Mega Mall, in Sofia, has been announced by lessor and manager ECE Bulgaria.

The center is situated in the west of the capital city and is set to become a modern marketplace for residents living within the city district of Lyulin.

The mall houses 100 shops, cafés and restaurants in a leasable space of 24000m². The tenants include well-known fashion stores, such as House, Cropp, Reserved and Mohito who places particular focus on young leisure and modern fashion. The mall also boasts the toy retailer, Hippoland, and Sport vision, the sports store. The shopping gallery will house consumer electronics store, Techmart, and Billa, the supermarket chain.

Mega Mall offers superb child care and professional play facilities, along with an outdoor playground.

The project was developed and invested in by Real4You, an Austrian company. The company was founded during 1995, with headquarters in Ansfelden near Linz in Austria, and specializes in the development and realization of international properties.
