Cincinnati Mall opened in 1988 and 1989 as Forest Fair Mall on the border of Forest Park and Fairfield, Ohio, and later traded as Cincinnati Mills and Forest Fair Village. At its peak it was the second-largest mall in Ohio, with Bass Pro Shops, Burlington and Saks Off 5th among its tenants.
The mall closed in 2022 and was demolished between September 2025 and March 2026. The site is being redeveloped as a business and industrial park, with The Hillman Group as the lead tenant.
