The opening follows a month after the launch of the first British store in Liverpool One.
American sports brand Under Armour is opening a brand store in the iconic Battersea Power Station building in London. The retail space totals about 3,000 square feet. In a statement, the sports giant noted that the South John Street outlet offers a “seamless experience for shoppers” with the ability to use interactive screens and other innovative services.
Given the uniqueness of the Battersea Power Station building, the store also unveiled a unique design with custom dowels and dividers referencing the power station’s past.

Under Armour also introduces a unique academy for training young athletes, testing athletic intelligence, power and strength, and athletes’ speed, agility and endurance.
The new store also features workout and running merchandise from Under Armour’s gender-inclusive collections, such as RUSH, UA Baselayer, UA Meridian, UA Smartform, UA Infinity + HOVR and UA Flow.
