FashionVerse, developed by BrandBible, was Tommy Hilfiger’s own idea.
Tommy Hilfiger, under Hilfiger Ventures in collaboration with Joe Lamastra, will launch a new interactive mobile fashion game called FashionVerse in 2024. The game, available on iOS and Android devices, will incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), allowing players to create photorealistic avatars, decorations, and props in a community-based environment.
FashionVerse, developed by BrandBible, was Tommy Hilfiger’s own idea, and it came to life through a partnership with the gaming company Tilting Point. In this mobile game that merges fashion and gaming, players will tackle various challenges in multiple modes. Specifically, in the “Stylist” mode, users will create fashionable sets, while in the “Trendsetter” mode, they’ll design mood boards.
Additionally, players can share their creations in the game, vote for other stylists’ “scenes,” comment on admired looks, receive rewards, and unlock additional styles. The game will feature a series of two-week virtual pop-ups with participation from fashion, entertainment, art, and beauty brands, details of which will be announced after the launch.
“It’s been a life goal of mine to make fashion more accessible. Given how many people engage with fashion through their phones, I thought, there has to be a way to bring everyone together into one community, providing a more immersive experience,” said Hilfiger. “Through working with Tilting Point and Brandible, I truly believe this collaboration on FashionVerse marks an exciting milestone in the convergence of fashion and gaming.”
