Three major shopping malls are being prepared for an opening in Dubai. It will continue collecting the emirate’s famous malls and expanding the modern shopping component beyond its commercial center.

The complex will unite more than 1,000 tenants and representatives from the retail, food, and entertainment sectors. A unique feature of the mall will be a sliding glass roof that will allow customers to make purchases in the open air.
Dubai Hills Mall
In the quarter, Dubai Hills Mall is preparing to open a shopping and entertainment center of the same name with an area of about 185,000-sq.m. The complex will open over 650 stores, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment operators of various profiles. Among tenants announced hypermarket with an area of 6000 sq. m and 18-hall multiplex.

Meydan One Mall
In the area of Mohammed Bin Rashid City in 2021 will open a new shopping mall Meydan One Mall, which will include the world’s most extensive ski slope length of about 1 km and an impressive winter village of 12 000 sq.m. The complex will also be home to the world’s largest dancing fountain. The next phase of the project will be constructing a residential skyscraper 711 meters tall.
