The new outlets will be called Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok. The project was developed by Siam Piwat Simon, a joint venture between Simon Property Group and Siam Piwat, a company that owns and operates prestigious commercial properties in Thailand. The shopping center will be located a 15-minute drive from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport and a 45-minute drive from the center of the capital.
The shopping outlet project was developed taking into account the most current trends in design. It provides not only areas for trade, but also recreation areas with fountains and unusual architectural details. There will also be a unique children’s playground, and guests of the center will be able to relax by visiting the area of restaurants and cafes, where Starbucks, BreadTalk and other institutions will function. And to decorate the space was used works of art created by famous and local artists.
