Auxideico, the Spanish subsidiary of ECE, has been given the post of management of Marineda City.
The center, one of the largest in Spain, offers rental space of 176000m², 190 stores and 6500 parking spots. It offers leisure activities including 12 cinemas, managed by Cinesa, and a range of different restaurants. Some of the brand names which can be found in the center include H&M, Primark, Benetton, Grupo Cortefiel, C&A and Inditex, along with Worten, San Luis, Decathlon, Bricor, Media Markt and Conforama. There is also and IKEA and El Corte Inglés on site.
Marineda City has an overall sales region of 500000m², a 4-star hotel, Carrís and a business center measuring 15000m². It is one of the most important leisure and shopping areas in both La Coruña and the North West of Spain.
Auxideico was founded during 1994 and is currently the management for 16 centers. This means it has one of the biggest management portfolios in the Iberian Peninsula. Its centers are spread across the country and include internationally invested middle to large assets.
