The store will be located in Junction 8 mall.
Mister Donut, one of Japan’s largest producers, will open its first flagship store in Singapore. The outlet will be located in Junction 8 mall. The official opening is scheduled for May 2023.
As of early 2023, Mister Donut operates more than 9,500 retail locations in Asia, including Indonesia and Hong Kong. Mister Donut last opened in Singapore’s Jurong Point in the summer of 2022.
The company promises to provide the same quality donuts to its customers as it does in Japan, using branded imported ingredients and sending staff for apprenticeships at the Mister Donut Academy in Osaka.
The brand is hugely popular in Singapore. Last year’s store opening at Jurong Point caused quite a stir. Customers were willing to wait in line for hours for donuts. The retail price of donuts from the Japanese brand is $2.3-2.5. Although, due to high inflation, prices may be higher than last year by the time the flagship opens.
