McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny is the company’s fourth designer outlet in France.

McArthurGlen Group, one of the biggest players in the European designer outlet market, has announced the opening of a new luxury outlet in the western suburbs of Paris. McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny is the company’s fourth designer outlet in France. Its portfolio also includes projects in Troyes, Roubaix and Provence.
Over one hundred leading brands will be tenants of the new shopping center. These include Missoni, Philipp Plein, Sergio Rossi, Stella McCartney, Moncler, Tod’s, Pucci and Roberto Cavalli. The Dolce & Gabbana store is also preparing to open.
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny also features international premium, sports and lifestyle brands. New Balance, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Victoria’s Secret, Rituals and L’Oréal open their stores in the outlet. They are joined by Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Zadig & Voltaire, Sessùn, Furla, Lacoste, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Fursac, Gant, Hackett, Aigle, Vanessa Bruno, Karl Lagerfeld and others. Boss, Nike and other tenants are also getting ready to open.
The outlet, in keeping with the latest trends in the market, features a major gastronomic component. Parisian macaroons by Ladurée, Angelina hot chocolate, Amorino ice cream, Bollicine champagne bar and Les Hortensias brasserie by Romain Taieb are open in the mall.

Michael Natas, Managing Director of Development at McArthurGlen Group said: “McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny has been on the drawing board for almost 30 years and under construction since 2019, and we’re thrilled to be opening its doors to our valued guests today. Paris-Giverny’s proposition is elevated by the center’s contemporary and elegant architectural style – a new aesthetic for McArthurGlen that we are confident will be well-received by our customers. We are excited to have created a new tourist attraction for the Eure department and Normandy.
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny will also be opening the immersive space GVRNY, its own House of Art Crafts as a tribute to the culture of Normandy. The space will feature over 130 artisans and creators, most of whom hail from their native region. The project, created by McArthurGlen in collaboration with world-renowned designer Mathieu Leanner, will open in late May, and retail operator Arteum will manage the space.

The new luxury outlet was realized in a partnership between McArthurGlen Group and Simon Property Group Co. with more than 215,000 square feet. The opening will create about 700 new jobs.
The outlet was designed in partnership with the architecture firm Arte Charpentier. French artist Patrick Blanc and Biotecture worked on the interiors, and the outdoor play area was designed by Pro Urba.
