The opening of M&S Liverpool ONE completes the evolution of the former Debenhams building.
Marks & Spencer’s new 70,000 square foot flagship store on South John Street in Liverpool ONE was launched today. This store is a modern ‘next generation’ clothing store and includes home and beauty departments.

The opening of this new M&S store is part of the retailer’s ambitious plans to invest around £480 million in a store renewal program. The program’s main aim is to create a network of M&S stores capable of meeting future demand and creating more than 3,400 new jobs across the country. In addition to the current Liverpool stores’ team of 250 people, more than 70 new staff.
Rob Deacon, Senior Asset Manager at Grosvenor, commented: ‘To be the location of choice within Liverpool for another retail giant’s flagship store evidences the fantastic work we do for brands and operators alike.”
