Mango Teen, the youth-focused division of Mango, has made its first foray into international markets with the opening of a flagship store in London. Situated on Fouberts Place near Carnaby Street, this 230-square-meter store marks the brand’s debut outside of Spain.
Despite its international ambitions, Mango Teen remains committed to expanding its footprint within Spain. The brand aims to open 15 new stores across the country by the end of 2024, doubling its standalone store count fr om the previous year. Recent openings include locations in Ibiza, Málaga, and upcoming expansions in Galicia, Asturias, and Murcia.
All Mango Teen stores embody the brand’s New Med store concept, inspired by its Mediterranean heritage. This design philosophy incorporates materials and interior elements that evoke the inviting ambiance of Mediterranean homes, enhancing the shopping experience for young consumers.
Launched in 2021 to connect with teenage consumers, Mango Teen initially focused on online marketing and pop-up stores across Spain. Its expansion into physical retail has been strategic, with standalone stores in Seville and Valencia paving the way for its current growth trajectory.
Mango will focus on expanding its footprint in key areas such as London and Scotland.
Mango’s growth strategy also encompasses 15 new boutiques in Italy this year.
