The Mall at Fairfield Commons is located in Beavercreek, Ohio The mall was opened in 1993 and is two stories, featuring six anchor stores and a food court.
The Glimcher Realty Trust owns the Dayton Mall and owns the Mall at Fairfield Commons. Recently, Beavercreek welcomed the arrival of another upscale mall, The Greene Town Center. This decision has pushed for the development of a lifestyle center near the property, however, these plans appear to be on hold at the Fairfield Mall. The Mall of Fairfield Commons also spurred similarities to other malls such as the Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio.
