The mall opened on October 4, 1995, with subsequent expansions through Padre Faura Wing, Midtown Wing, and Pedro Gil Wing bringing the gross leasable area to approximately 240,000 square meters across multiple connected buildings. Robinsons Place Manila was the property that established Robinsons Land’s position as the second-largest Filipino shopping mall operator after SM Prime, and it remains the company’s defining urban anchor.

Anchor tenants include the Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Cinema with multiple screens, the Adidas Manila flagship, Uniqlo, and Marks & Spencer. The mall hosts hundreds of specialty stores across fashion, electronics, beauty, dining, and services, with the dense Manila CBD catchment supporting a tenant mix that ranges from value retail to mid-tier international brands. The Padre Faura Wing houses additional dining and entertainment options, while the Midtown Wing connects to the Robinsons Place Manila Residences condominium towers above.
