About this mall

Preston Crossing is Saskatoon’s largest and only power center with over 600,000 square feet of unique retail space upon completion. The mall is anchored by Canadian Tire, Walmart, and a variety of national retail tenants, including Michael’s Crafts, Future Shop, Sobeys, and Old Navy. The mall provides 1820 parking places.
Other tenants of the mall include Home Outfitters, Michael’s Crafts, Old Navy, Future Shop, Pier 1 Imports, Mark’s Work Warehouse, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
Rencor was the successful applicant to a national proposal call, formed a joint venture with two Saskatchewan companies, and completed all development, leasing, and financing for the project. A novel co-ownership/partnership was formed with the University of Saskatchewan, the project was sited on 46 acres of their lands, and the architecture mirrored the Gothic elements of the university campus buildings.
The center is strategically located on university lands at a new interchange, Preston Road and Circle Drive. Unique architectural details mirror the Gothic styles of the university buildings.
The center was originally developed, leased, and financed by Rencor, with two local Saskatchewan co-owners. The center was acquired by one of the co-owners in Fall 2005. It remains Saskatoon’s most dominant retail center.
