Paragon is a freehold integrated retail, medical and office development at 290 Orchard Road in Singapore, dating to circa 1986. Its retail component spans six storeys and two basement levels in the prime Orchard Road corridor between Ngee Ann City and the Orchard MRT station, with two towers above the podium providing medical suites and offices.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) completed its acquisition of Paragon from Cuscaden Peak on 1 July 2026, taking a 100% freehold interest for approximately S$3.9 billion. Straits Retail Property Management Services continues to manage the property on behalf of Paragon Trust. The shopping centre accommodates more than 190 retail and dining brands, with a luxury tier that includes Miu Miu, Salvatore Ferragamo, Coach, Michael Kors, and Burberry alongside contemporary fashion, sportswear, and beauty retailers. CS Fresh Gold operates the basement supermarket, and Paragon Junior brings together children’s fashion, toys, and family facilities on the upper retail levels.

Paragon Medical houses more than 80 specialist medical services across fields including ophthalmology, orthopaedics, dermatology, plastic surgery, and general surgery, occupying a substantial share of the development’s upper floors.

The property is located between the Orchard and Somerset MRT stations, served by the North-South and Thomson-East Coast lines, with the Orchard Road pedestrian promenade providing surface connectivity.
