Lindale Mall

Von Maur, the Davenport, Iowa-founded full-service department store whose Midwest roots, employee-ownership model, and Cedar Rapids market loyalty give it a co-tenancy anchor identity that the national department store chains whose Iowa footprints have contracted do not match for the Cedar Rapids household’s comparison-shopping occasion, anchors Lindale Mall at Edgewood Road SW in Cedar Rapids. Dick’s Sporting Goods anchors the sporting goods floor for the Linn County active lifestyle household. HuHot Mongolian Grill, the Missoula, Montana-founded Mongolian BBQ restaurant chain whose Midwest dining culture makes it one of the most commercially native full-service casual dining formats in the Iowa market, gives the property a community dining identity. Lindale Neighborhood Pub, the locally-owned Cedar Rapids pub whose presence inside an enclosed regional mall gives it a community social identity uncommon in the format, gives the property a locally-rooted food and beverage identity.

Bath and Body Works serves the accessible beauty and home fragrance category. American Eagle, Buckle, Eddie Bauer, Maurices, Talbots, Torrid, and Tradehome Shoes cover the accessible and lifestyle fashion floor. 7Brew, the Conway, Arkansas-founded drive-through coffee chain whose rapid Midwest expansion gives it a commercial presence in mid-size Iowa markets, gives the property a specialty coffee identity. Planet Fitness gives the property a value fitness membership identity. Helzberg Jewelry serves the fine jewelry floor. Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Five Guys, and Red Lobster serve the quick-service and casual dining floor.
