The architectural concept was developed by American bureau Jerde Partnership. The concept and functional zoning consultant was Canadian company MXD Development Strategists.
The 5-story shopping mall will include over 250 stores, as well as unique concepts of leading international brands and fresh market with an area of 15,000 sq m. The IFC’s entertainment zone will have a 7-screen movie theater, including IMAX, 3-story family entertainment center, as well as kids development center, which will be placed a under transparent dome of Kuntsevo Plaza. The restaurant area will include food court, restaurants of original cuisine and 2-story Sky Bar with terraces. The IFC will come with 4 levels of underground parking (for 2,000 vehicles).
