Kronenberg Center/Krupp-Gürtel

This modern local supply center was opened in 2013 to provide the neighbourhood with food and other goods for everyday needs. Germany’s most modern Real hypermarket takes half of the rentable area in the center. Other tenants are denn’s Biomarkt, dm-drogerie markt, Ernsting’s family, Jeans Fritz, Takko, Deichmann, MyShoes, the renovation specialty store Tedox, the garden center Seibert, as well as many service providers and restaurants.

The mall is conveniently located in Haedenkampstrasse in Essen (central downtown location).

You can take the lines 101/103/105/109 – stop Kronenberg. Kronenberg Center is within walking distance in about 5 minutes from here.
By S-Bahn: Take lines S1, S3 and S9. From the station Essen West you can reach the Kronenberg center on foot in about 5 minutes.

A mall area with an associated gastronomy sector connects the single zones in the centre’s interior. The park, directly adjoining the new centre, is optically continued in the roof area of the building as a green landscape that may thus be experienced.
