The 58,000-sqm super-regional centre houses approximately 120 stores across two retail levels, anchoring the urban Copenhagen waterfront retail map between the central pedestrian Strøget axis and the broader southern Copenhagen residential belt.

The format combines a Føtex supermarket anchor with extensive fashion volume across the retail floors and a substantial dining and entertainment cluster including the Vue multiplex cinema. International vertical apparel chains, Danish specialty retailers, and the accessible-mid-market fashion register populate the tenant lineup, with the depth of contemporary fashion and home goods concentration tracking among the strongest of any Copenhagen retail asset outside the central Strøget pedestrian axis.

The catchment combines the central Copenhagen residential population with the substantial daytime business demographic of the surrounding Sydhavn and Vesterbro districts. The Copenhagen Metro M4 line station at Havneholmen, opened in 2024 directly at the property entrance, provides cross-metropolitan rail access from across the Copenhagen network, with the proximity to Dybbølsbro S-train station and Copenhagen Central Station adding regional Sjælland accessibility. Within URW’s portfolio, Fisketorvet is the operator’s principal Danish commitment. The asset’s commercial role is the dominant central Copenhagen waterfront super-regional, complementing rather than competing with the historic Strøget pedestrian shopping axis and the larger 115,000-sqm Field’s super-regional that Steen & Strøm operates in the Ørestad business district to the south.
