About this mall

Clementi Mall is part of a mixed development project at Clementi Town. Developed by HDB, this is the first development in Singapore with public housing, commercial facilities, and a bus interchange built in one complex. Located opposite Clementi MRT station, the project comprises two 40-story-high residential blocks, Clementi Mall, Clementi Interchange, Clementi Public Library, and a town council office.
The Clementi Mall is a six-story retail development totaling approximately 191,000 square feet of retail space, which includes a basement shopping level and a basement car park. With its strategic location in Clementi town and accessibility to integrated transport amenities like the Clementi MRT station and bus interchange, The Clementi Mall is poised to be an anchor attraction in the area.
The mall has 146 shops, including 19 restaurants and cafes, and boasts anchor tenants such as FairPrice Finest, Popular Bookstore, and Clementi Public Library. Clementi Mall is primarily a family-oriented mall with a strong F&B offering as well as a fashion offering that the manager believes is rare amongst mid-market suburban malls in Singapore.

Positioned as a contemporary and mid-market mall, The Clementi Mall is enjoying a good catchment from Holland Village, Bukit Timah, and West Coast, where key tertiary institutions such as the National University of Singapore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, and UniSIM are located.
The bus interchange has direct access to the mall, and the existing Clementi MRT Station is linked directly to the mall at Level 3.
