Shopping and entertainment center will be located in the North-West part of Moscow, near Third Ring Road and Leningradsky Ave. intersection. Dinamo and Aeroport subway stations lie within walking distance. Hodynskoe Pole subway station will be opened 100 meters from Aviapark. The unique landscape of the Aviapark project will embody The New City Center concept with wider street network that lead potential customers from one area of SEC to another, enriching their experience with an outstanding variety of anchor tenants (hypermarket, DIY, sport, W&B) that will also serve as the means to increase the visitor number. 

 

Total area available for rent is 231,000 sq. m. on 4 floors, 110,000 sq m. of which is occupied by anchor tenants. The rest of the area is used by over 500 stores. Customers will also enjoy entertainment center , one of the biggest multiscreen movie theaters in Russia, restaurants and food court, 2-level parking with 7,000 parking slots in it. The immensity comes as a key element of shopping and exhibition complex. The total area of the building is 400,000 sq. m., 230,000 of which is devoted to shopping that will allow to accommodate the widest variety of international and Russian brands.
