Arbor Lakes constructed in the late 1990s designed in neotraditional style.
The second phase completed in 2003 with the Minnesota’s first lifestyle center – Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. It opened with national retail chains Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Coldwater Creek, Talbots, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Abercrombie and Fitch and American Eagle.
The third phase, The Fountains at Arbor Lakes is a “hybrid power center” retail concept about 850,000 square feet in size and includes a Main Street-inspired entrance, two hotels, restaurants, and a number of junior anchors.
The fourth phase will include a four-star Radisson Hotel, senior housing, office complexes, and some retail. The Maple Grove City Council approved the project in early 2008.
