The company’s Indonesian portfolio now includes five properties, all located within planned townships in the Greater Jakarta region. Sentul City was developed as a joint venture within the Sentul City township, a large-scale residential project originally developed by Sentul City Tbk. The location extended AEON Mall’s footprint beyond the western (BSD City, Tanjung Barat) and eastern (Jakarta Garden City) corridors into the southern Bogor axis.
