Opened in 2008 alongside the mori building, kaze (meaning “wind” in Japanese) provides 61,000 square meters of GLA in an open-air lifestyle center format. While the adjacent mori building is a fully enclosed mall, kaze features a partially open design with outdoor walkways, landscaped paths, and a lakeside promenade facing the man-made Oosagami Reservoir.

The tenant mix in kaze skews toward lifestyle, sports, outdoor brands, and casual dining, complementing rather than duplicating the fashion-focused offerings in mori. National and international brands with a casual or active brand identity find kaze’s open-air environment a better fit than the enclosed mall format.
