Edge of the World Riyadh Tour with Bat Cave Experience & Dinnerfrom $55Food and wellness lead the tenant list at 1364: Akira Back, Angelina Paris, Cipriani Dolci, Jones the Grocer, Ralph’s Coffee and the Saudi roaster Jazean share the promenades with Muvi Cinemas and Kayanee, a women’s wellness club. Unified Real Estate Development built the center at the eastern gate of Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter; it began trading in the third quarter of 2023, and Unified announced the full opening on 7 March 2024.
The MAPIC 2026 catalog gives 33,177 sqm of GLA and 120 premises, with offices sharing the scheme with retail and dining. Gensler’s design follows Salmani architectural principles, runs a pedestrian spine between terraces, planting and water features, and uses local Riyadh stone on about 60 percent of the facades. The project was a finalist for Best New Development Project at the MAPIC Awards 2026.
The Diplomatic Quarter shapes the catchment. The eight-square-kilometer district was planned for about 22,000 residents and some 120 diplomatic missions, with hotels and serviced apartments around them, so 1364 trades as a daytime and evening destination for a high-income enclave and for visitors from western Riyadh, within a wider catchment Unified puts at 1.1 million.
Unified manages the center through UAPM. Its next scheme, The Bellevue in the city’s northern corridor, is due in 2027.
