Although the store sells women’s clothing, it places focus on accessories. It sells a range of jewelry, beauty products, sunglasses, handbags and shoes, along with other products.
Charming Charlie is not the first to open shop at the West Manchester Town Center. The owners of the mall, M&R Investors from Texas, who purchased it during 2011, have changed the center from a traditional enclosed mall to an open-air one, with storefronts that face outward and an open-air plaza.
The name of the center will be changed from the West Manchester Mall to the West Manchester Town Center.
Upon completion of the renovations, the mall, which is situated at 1800 Loucks Road, West Manchester Twp. in York County, will measure 548000ft². Some of the other retailers set to enter the mall include Burlington, GameStop, Petco, Loft, DSW and Kirkland’s. Shoppers will also be able to visit Buffalo Wild Wings once they join the list of tenants. Kay Jewelers and GNC, both new retailers, have already opened their stores at the center.
Some of the stores will open their doors by mid-November, with others opening during Spring 2015. However, the officials at the center did not provide information on the names of the stores.
Charming Charlie was opened during 2004 and has stores based in more than 40 states countrywide. There are several stores in Pa., including one in Berks County.
