Vehicle registration renewal will soon become extremely easy to do in Dubai as it will be offered at shopping centers and Metro stations.

It has already started with the installation of six kiosks at RTA customer service centers, to allow customers to become familiar with the system. During the next month, it is planned that 10 more will be installed. The main aim of the installations is to save effort and time with the processing of this type of transaction. All that is required to access the services is a valid credit card and Emirates ID. Other payment options, such as Nol cards and NFC, will be introduced later.
The devices come with a camera-phone which allows customers to obtain audio-visual assistance should they experience problems with the technology or procedure. The kiosks can already be located at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Al Twar Registration Center, Al Barsha, Al Ramool and Deira.
