This spacious shopping centre just outside Berlin was opened in 1996 and is conveniently located on the A10 motorway and in close proximity to Berlin-Brandenburg-International (BBI) Airport in Schönefeld, which is currently being expanded to serve as the capital city’s main airport. To ensure a welcoming atmosphere for it’s customers the mall was extended and modernized in 2011.
Today the mall comprises around 200 specialist retail units. Anchor tenants at the center include Real, Karstadt Sport, P&C, C&A, H&M, Esprit, MediMax and Bauhaus. The center has approximately 4,000 customer parking spaces.
In addition to a shopping experience, the A10 Center also offers a world of leisure, with enticing attractions such as a multiplex cinema, bowling centre and fitness centre, as well as “Bambooland” for children.
The mall is conveniently located on the A10 motorway and is very easy accesible both by car or poublic transport. It is in a close proximity to Berlin-Brandenburg-International (BBI) Airport in Schönefeld.
A10 Center impresses with its unusual architecture and its metropolitan dimensions. The ground plan of the mall is triangle-shaped and is characterized by daylight-lit atria with high ceiling-heights and interspaces with lower ceiling-heights. Beyond that, the unique dominant graphics design branding harmoniously comes together with the elaborate lighting design; slow changes of the dynamic colour light scenes essentially increase the malls overall attraction and amenity values.
