Apparel Group India has been appointed as Crocs’ exclusive retail licensee for these regions, signaling a significant expansion move. Expansion strategy and goals Crocs aims to leverage this partnership to expand into new locations within India and to reach out to diverse customer demographics. This collaboration follows Crocs’ successful partnerships elsewhere, particularly in the GCC region, and seeks to replicate that success in the dynamic Indian market. Apparel Group India’s statement and retail expertise Tushar Ved, President of Apparel Group India, expressed enthusiasm about this new venture in a press release. He highlighted the opportunity to introduce Crocs’ iconic footwear to their portfolio, thereby broadening their customer base and offering high-quality products across their extensive retail network. Apparel Group India boasts a robust presence in the Indian retail market, managing over 2,200 retail stores situated in prime locations such as high streets and shopping malls.
