French watch and jewelry maker Chaumet opened its flagship store in Sydney. The shopping space is located on Pitt Street, one of the city’s iconic locations.
The new flagship store is located in the heart of a prestigious shopping area surrounded by luxury stores of leading international brands. Chaumet rented a 19th-century building for its store and the space was redesigned especially for the immersion in the culture and history of the fashion house.
The retail space reflects Chaumet’s French roots. The hall reminds bright and spacious apartments of Place Vendome. Contrast this with modern details referring to Australian culture.
The new flagship showcases the fashion house’s luxury, allowing customers to try on jewelry in complete privacy, surrounded by murals and works of art, including those created by local artists.
Chaumet is a jewelry and watchmaking brand founded in 1780. Since 2012, the French house has been controlled by fashion conglomerate LVMH.
