The Metropolis at Metrotown’s two towers are nestled in an extensive urban shopping centre complex of theatres, hotel, community recreation centre, public library, and a two-hundred-acre park. 

The multi-use complex development is dominated by the Telus Building and Metrotower Office complex, providing a combined total of 124,492 square metres of office space. A third and final Metrotower office building will be completed in 2021 bringing Metrotown’s commercial floors pace to over 3 million square feet.
