Brentwood Town Centre

Brentwood Town Centre has over 100,000 customer visits to the centre each week. The area surrounding Brentwood Town Centre is presently experiencing rapid residential growth. With the total area of 548,000 sq. ft. the shopping centre hosts 125 stores and services (3 anchors).

Brentwood Town Centre is the second largest shopping centre in North Burnaby (after Lougheed Town Centre) and third largest in Burnaby (Metrotown Centre).

The anchor tenants of the mall are:

London Drugs (34,249 sq. ft. / 3,181.3 m²), Sears (184,384 sq. ft. / 17,129.8 m²), Zellers (91,823 sq. ft. / 8,530.6 m²).

In 2007 Brentwood Town Centre renovated and expanded the food court, added a Children’s Play area, brand new state of the art high grade washrooms, lighting, new flooring and painting throughout the centre. Carpeted areas have been added and soft seating is on its way!
