The complex will also have a 10-room multiplex, a co-working space by CitySpace company with 60 desks and a parking lot for 2,000 cars.
The technical opening of Galeria Mlociny is scheduled for May 23, 2019. The project’s investors are EPP (70%) and Echo Investment (30%). The general contractor is Erbud. The architectural design of the complex is made by Kurylowicz & Associates and Chapman Taylor studios.

“Galeria Młociny is not a retail mall in the traditional sense but a response to evolving lifestyles and a reflection of how people increasingly want to spend their free time,” said Broadway Malyan director Robert Kamiński.
The shopping center was built near the Mlociny transport hub, one of the largest transport hubs in Warsaw. The complex has a direct connection to the metro, as well as access to numerous public transport stops, provided with a bicycle station and intercepting parking. Traffic flows in the north of the city, providing a potential audience of the complex, are estimated at more than 24 million people a year.A New Lifestyle-led Shopping Center Opens in Warsaw.
