About this mall

Port Charlotte Town Center changed ownership on May 28, 2014, when it was purchased by Washington Prime Group Inc.  This is a publicly traded REIT (NYSE: WPG) company which owns and effectively manages 98 regional and community lifestyle centers across the country.

Its anchors include Sears, Macy’s Dillard’s, Beall’s and JC Penney.  The center offers shoppers a huge range of fashion wear for the entire family, as well as home furnishings.  Port Charlotte Town Center offers consumers one of the largest food courts in the indoor shopping mall arena.  There is a Regal 16 Cinema which offers visitors stadium seating, with Dolby digital surround sound available on 16 screens.  You can find whatever you are seeking in this center of anchor stores and in excess of 100 specialty stores and a range of eateries.

The mall places emphasis on guest services, with Simon Guest Services conveniently located at the Mall Office from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.  It can also be accessed in the Center Court from Monday to Thursday between 5pm and 8pm, Fridays from 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 10am to 8pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 4pm.  The staff are always available during these hours to answer all your questions and assist you.  

Shoppers can purchase Simon Visa gift cards at the guest service centers.  Simon Guest Services have wheelchairs which are available for rental.

The center is located a few minutes from the I-75 on US-41.  It is in the hub of the population and business center of Charlotte County.  This is the only regional mall located in the county and offers excellent shopping facilities.
