The first part of the project will be implemented in 2022. The outlet representing Georgian and international brands will open its doors to customers.

At the virtual international event for retail MAPIC Digital, a new project was presented, which will be unique not only for Georgia but for the whole region. A modern premium-class outlet village will be built near the Georgian capital.
Tbilisi Outlet Village will delight customers with a wide range of fashion goods, including world-class brands and the most famous Georgian brands, and international designer brands.
The architectural side of the project is L35 company. It is planned that Outlet Village will combine both traditional design elements and more modern solutions. Visitors will see a new reading of the conventional Tbilisi facade of houses and other street architectural elements. At the same time, the project will get the most modern infrastructure. It will provide the most comfortable shopping and an opportunity to spend time pleasantly.

It is hoped the project will attract not only residents of the capital but also foreign buyers, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, and Turkey. According to the project creators’ plans, the number of visitors will exceed 7 million during the first three years.
