London Mall is a modern shopping and entertainment mall, the major attraction for Nevsky District residents. The new English style London Mall will appear as a result of Felichita SEC remarketing. The project has been developed by Chapman Taylor, the English architectural firm.
The remarketing refers to the central part of the shopping mall with an area of 41,000 sq.m.. Over 100 stores, as well as restaurants, cafe and entertainment shops are scattered across four floors of the mall building.
The remarketing touches upon significant retail tenant rotation, fortifying the fashion component. The opening of the renovated mall took place on November 7, 2013.
Anchor tenants: Karusel grocery hypermarket, Leroy Merlin household goods and home improvement hypermarket, Media Markt electronics and home appliance hypermarket, Formula Kino multiscreen movie theater, H&M apparel department store, Deti kids goods department store, kids entertainment zone, food court, restaurants, cafe, etc.
Retail gallery: H&M, Bershka, Befree, Mango, Benetton, Carlo Pazolini, Ecco, Chester, Lego, Pandora, Velars, Gloria Jeans, Stenders, Yves Rocher, L'Occitane, Adidas.
Entertainment: Formula Kino 8-screen movie theater, Big Ben bowling club.
Cafe and restaurants: British Bakery, Coffeeshop Company, Grizzly bar, etc.
