Euroland SM is a shopping mall of the next generation, providing the highest standards of shopping and entertainment. It features over 200 stores and broad entertainment role, as well as various cafes and restaurants.

Euroland shopping mall is located 3.5 km away from the city center, South-East alongside the most important city Highway - Kukokovyh Street. The single massive residential area with the population of over 250,000 people finds itself in front of the shopping mall. 100,000 people reside within a 15-minute walking distance from the shopping mall.
