Centrum Riviera is situated at the junction of the Mountain and St. Casimir. Maximilian, 300 m from the center of Gdynia. Access to the center is possible by public transport also.
The facade, in the future, covered with vegetation, is almost 600 meters long, but to get around the whole building will have to overcome the distance of 1,300 meters.
Nearby is the Tricity Landscape Park, because the main facade of the building will be constructed of materials arranged in layers, and a front wall will be covered with a particular species of vegetation Ivy, changing color with the seasons. This treatment is designed to help integrate the object in the environment. Reconstruction of CH Hill is conducted according to the concept prepared by the architectural office Valode & Pistre.
