Particular attention is paid facade of the building. It consists of plates arranged at different angles about the building. They are a unique facade. Between them, you can see a wall made of glass. The whole architecture of the building raises quite a lot of controversy.
Gallery has five floors above ground and four underground. The total area is 35 thousand. m². For tenants provided more than 16 thousand. Sq meters (including 13.75 thousand. sq ft of retail space). The facility is a three-level underground parking for 280 cars.
The building was designed by Studio ADS. Architects Peter Barełkowski and Przemysław Borkowicz (authors, among others, the Old Brewery and the terminals at the airport Shoal ) created a building in such a way that pedestrians could afford to shorten the route, wandering from one street to another. Home tour, the inner alley connecting two streets is urban, modern character. At the same time the external architecture of the object, despite bold solutions fits well in the space of nineteenth-century development of this part of the city.
