The four level building in the Turkish capital contains 75 stores, with a strong emphasis on fashion, along with a range of cafes and restaurants. In terms of the activities on offer, there is a cinema in the center, together with a children’s play area.

Park Vera Shopping Center has 6 halls, which add up to a total leasable area of 40,000m2. One of the big attractions here is the fact that the stores are large and spacious, with a number of them offering two levels.  This has led to many firms choosing Park Vera as the setting for their biggest stores in Ankara.

National and International Brands Present
Among the international brands to open for business here are H&M, Vero Moda and Jack&Jones. Turkish retailers in Park Vera include DeFacto, Kotoni, Mavi Jeans and Loft. There is also a branch of the popular national supermarket chain Beğendik located here. Their store is one of the key elements of the new shopping center and features a “shop-in-shop” approach with an integrated food court.

Visitors will find 2,500 parking spaces waiting for them at Park Vera Shopping Center. The fact that it is located so close to the Acity Shopping Center means that the area is now viewed as an excellent retail spot, with a total of 240 shops and around 79,000 m2 of retail space.

The new shopping center is in the fast growing residential area of Batikent-Yenimahalle, in the northwest of the Turkish capital. This fine location allows it to offer easy access along the arterial road known as Istanbul Yolu. It is also well located for shoppers looking to visit it using local public transport methods. Those visitors looking to visit both Park Vera and Acity Shopping Centre can use a shuttle service to get between the two centers easily.

The investor behind this project is Başkent A.Ş. The leasing and day to day management of the new center fall under the remit of ECE Türkiye, with the same firm also managing the neighboring Acity Shopping Center and a number of other retail centers across the country. Andreas Hohlmann is the Managing Director of ECE Türkiye and he said that Park Vera is a “fashion-focused concept” and that it has a mix of business that is tailored to the wants and needs of Ankara residents.

The catchment area for this new shopping destination in Ankara is estimated to contain around 3.4million people.
