The center continues to experience heavy demand from a wide range of tenants and management is very excited about the introduction of the Rock Up concept.
Plans are already underway for a leisure extension of £18m, which is due to open during summer 2015. The second phase is due to include 30000ft² of added leisure and restaurant space and a nine-screen Cineworld cinema. Almost 75% of the extension has already been let and there are only two units available.
Accessibility via junction 9 of the M2 makes it easy to reach the center which is located between Southampton and Portsmouth and is next to a Tesco supermarket. Some of the other stores include banks and independent retailers, with parking spaces for 1355 cars.
