Unique to Trinity Leeds, space will consist of three distinct, but linked F&B destinations – The Potting Shed, Orchard and Secret Garden. Under the overarching brand The Potting Shed, the three bars, and restaurants will have original designs with a theater kitchen at their heart. The budding bar and restaurant brand will occupy the new 15,000 sq ft space for 600 customers with an additional 2,500 sq ft open-air, rooftop terrace to serve a further 100 guests on the corner of Commercial Street and Albion Street, overlooking Leeds city center. The new development will constitute Trinity Leeds’ fourth roof-top F&B offering.
This will be The Potting Shed’s first restaurant in Leeds, bolstering the shopping center’s reputation as a brand incubator and complimenting its impressive mix of individual tenants. As a fine Yorkshire establishment – all its four locations are dotted across the region – The Potting Shed’s menu boasts locally sourced ingredients, supplies an extensive selection of national and local lagers and ales. The venue also invites local talent to take part in its regular live music program.
Expanding on Trinity’s commitment to gifting its customers with everyday wonder, The Potting Shed will offer a unique opportunity for guests to book and dine in private wooden ‘garden huts’ that are catered by a full waiting service.
