American brand Levi's has announced the opening of its new store in the Indian city of Bangalore.
American brand Levi's has announced the opening of its new store in the Indian city of Bangalore, making it the largest mono store in Asia. The new outlet has a total area of more than 7,520 square feet.
One of the features of the new store opened in the brand's rimmed global concept is the Levi's Tailor Shop section. It provides customers with customization services for the clothing they purchase. Levi's tailors working in the store let you personalize your clothes with embroidery, patches and pins. In addition, alterations and garment restorations are available.
"As this year marks the 170th anniversary of Levi Strauss & Co., the store on Brigade Road - our largest in Asia - is destined to be a premium department store in one of the region's busiest cities," commented Amisha Jain, managing director and SVP, South Asia, Middle East and Africa at Levi Strauss & Co.
Levi's emphasizes that the Indian market remains a key market for the brand. As of 2022, Levi's operated more than 3,000 stores in more than 110 countries, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America. The company has annual revenues of more than $5 billion.
