JLL Retail has announced the entry of a new partnership with McGavren Guild Malls LLC in a bid to generate alternate revenue opportunities for retail investor clients.
The partnership will offer the facility of exclusive media representation services in the company’s shopping centers managed by third parties. Included in this new agreement is the opportunity for McGavren guild Malls to represent national media, including brand advertising, promotional events, sponsorships and sampling, mainly in the enclosed malls managed by JLL.
The Director of Specialty Leasing at JLL, Tracey Hatley, stated that the partnership allows JLL to look at and facilitate brand sponsorships and national advertising for the properties managed by the firm, which will offer additional income streams for its clients. As the firm continues to expand and grow their leasing platform, they will constantly look for new ways of refreshing common property areas with new campaigns, to provide the best customer experience for all clients.
McGavren Guild Malls is known for providing media agencies, retailers and brands with independent resources for managing and purchasing mall media programs across the country.
