FAN Mallorca Shopping: The greatest shopping centre of the Island.
The small gallery of Mallorca is being improved by a huge extension of 26,000 sq.m. With an opening in September 2016, FAN Mallorca Shopping is anchored by a12,000 sq.m Carrefour hypermarket plus a mall with GLA of 43,000 sq.m which includes Primark (with a space of 7,000 sq.m: the largest in Spain), Media Markt, H&M, Decathlon, Samsung, Artesiete Cines, Mango, C&A, Grupo Cortefiel, Calzedonia, Paco Martínez, Pimkie, Inside, Beautik, Multiópticas Spacio Sol, Celio, Encuentro Moda, Centros Único, General Óptica, Time Road o Party Fiesta, Parfois, Rituals, Jean Louis David y La Tagliatell, Hunkemöller, Mayoral y Orchestra, Adidas, Décimas, Polinesia, Dock 39, Deichmann,Burger King, JYSK,etc. It represents 120 stores, as well as a 753-seat food court.
FAN Mallorca Shopping opened on September 22 2016.
We are expecting a great improvement of footfall from 4M to 12M customers per year.
This extension is a Carrefour Property Spain's operation.
Carrefour Property Spain was established in 2009. Its assets include 108 shopping centres with more than 1.9 million sq.m GLA located throughout Spain.
More than 20 years of experience buttressing Carrefour Group’s real estate activity in Spain and carrying out major developments including Glories, Meridiano, Centro Oeste and Parque de La Gavia, among others.
In 2012, Carrefour Property opened As Cancelas in Santiago de Compostela, a space with more than 50,000 sq.m GLA.
In November 2013, Holea in Huelva opened its doors with 50,800 sq.m GLA. It exceeded all expectations by welcoming 4 million visitors in its first 100 days.
The construction of FAN Mallorca Shopping will represent an investment of €90 million (including direct investment of the developer in conjunction with the value of the land, property of the company, and investments from the operators that will occupy the complex).
